Got it. I’m taking a listen.
I’ll go through your track and assess whether it’s ready for mastering, and what it needs to translate properly across different systems.
Mastering only works when the mix is already doing what it needs to do.
If anything stands out that could limit how the master translates, I’ll let you know before moving forward.
While I’m listening, I’m paying attention to:
- Overall tonal balance and clarity
- Low end translation and control
- Dynamics and how the track holds up at level
- How it will translate across real-world playback systems
If the mix is in the right place, we’ll move forward with mastering.
If not, I’ll point out exactly what should be addressed so you’re not wasting time or money trying to master something that isn’t ready yet.
I’ll follow up once I’ve had a proper listen.
